We are excited to announce the release of the Opacity Module, a new component designed to address one of the most critical challenges in AI adoption: understanding and explaining automated decisions.
Among its key capabilities is feature importance analysis, a technique that helps identify which data attributes have the greatest influence on a model’s predictions. By making decision drivers visible, we can perform more informed and evidence-based bias assessments, uncover potential sources of unfairness, and improve the reliability of AI systems.
With the integration of the Opacity Module, the MIRAI Toolbox now offers combined explainability and fairness analyses to support the development of AI solutions that are not only accurate, but also transparent, accountable, and trustworthy.
